Hi,
Some video portal downloads were not working for some time, we’ve fixed them now and everything should be working again, however we’ve limited the support for the video portals but have most of the popular ones.
Also on the Supported Formats page, we’ve now added description about different file formats and their general uses, we hope that this information would be useful to our users.
Thanks,
Hi,
Recently we saw some heavy usage of the servers resources because of which at times we couldn’t convert some of your files successfully, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this, however we have now added more resources to our conversion service which should improve the response time of the conversions and a better service overall.
Thanks,
FreeFileConvert
Hi,
We have now added more eBook formats, including ePub, FB2, LRF, MOBI, PDB and TCR.
Hope that will give mobile device users the facility to convert their files into different format.
Please let us know if there’s any problem.
Thanks,
Hi,
Today almost whole day we could not convert any of your files because our server had some problems with the disk and our hosting company took almost a full day to fix the problem.
We hope you’ll still be happy with us and will keep on supporting us.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
